Tanglewood Guitars will officially unveil their new Premiere Series at the 2005 Summer NAMM Show in Indianapolis, IN. Tanglewood Guitars is distributed throughout the USA by Musiquip, Inc.

The mid-priced Tanglewood Premiere Series offers design elements found on the high- quality acoustic guitars and insisted on by the discerning player. All instruments in this series feature solid tone wood tops of spruce or cedar, Grover machine heads, Abalone headstock logo, and other premium appointments.

The Premiere Series starts at $349 MAP for the TW115-NS dreadnought size model that features a solid spruce top with mahogany sides in a satin finish. Also included in the Premiere suite of instruments is a folk sized, Superfolk and Super Jumbo. An Acoustic Bass rounds out the range. Premiere Series acoustic/electric guitars are appointed with B-Band pickup systems.

"The Premiere range of guitars is an incredibly exciting addition to the Tanglewood family", states Jeff Sazant, Musiquip's VP of Sales and Operations. "These new models are jam packed with high end features, yet all have MAP prices of $499 and below, which positions them squarely between the existing Indiana entry level models, and Sundance premium models. We feel that these new models offer extraordinary value and will help establish Tanglewood as one of the most complete and compelling lines of Acoustic guitars to enter the North American Market in some time".
