The Fender Stratocaster, Telecaster and Precision Bass guitars receive a hot-rodded spin this summer with the introduction of the new Big Block Series from Fender. With high-powered electronics and new cosmetics, the new Big Block Series is designed for today's edgiest, most progressive players.

Each of the new Big Block Series guitars from Fender feature a sleek Black finish with matching finished headstock. The rosewood fingerboards on all three models feature block pearloid inlays ... hence the name, "Big Block". Both the Stratocaster and Telecaster guitar models come with chrome pickguard and chrome hardware, while the Precision Bass guitar model features the simple elegance of knurled chrome hardware, '51 P Bass control plate and a new Fender Convertible Bridge to complete its package.

For added power, the Fender Big Block Series Stratocaster guitar features a Seymour Duncan Invader pickup in the bridge position, with single-coil pickups in both the middle and neck positions. The Big Block Telecaster guitar comes with three vintage style Telecaster pickups and five-way switch, adding an array of new possibilities. A newly designed double Jazz Bass humbucking pickup with active preamp was designed specifically for the new Big Block Precision Bass guitar.

Each guitar in the new Big Block Series is built at Fender's manufacturing facility in Ensenada, Mexico, featuring alder bodies and maple necks with rosewood fingerboards.

US MSRP for each model is $1,099.99, with included gig bag.
