Nady Introduces The PM-200A Stage Monitor
By Guest |
Nady Systems recently announced the introduction of the PM-200A powered personal near-field stage monitor. This compact, rugged, lightweight monitor can be mounted on the mic stand using its built-in mounting socket, or set on a keyboard for effective up-close monitoring.
The active PM-200A features a powerful 140W amp that can power its own speaker in addition to up to four Nady PM-100 personal monitors (each set to 32 Ohms impedance or more). Dual ferro-fluid 5" drivers deliver tight, clean audio, superior gain before feedback, up to 125 dB maximum SPL, and 140-15kHz frequency response with controlled bandwidth for optimum intelligibility that cuts through even the loudest ambient noise clutter.
The unit includes balanced 1/4" TRS and XLR input jacks, volume control, 3-band EQ controls, power ON switch with Peak and Power ON LED indicators, convenient 1/4" Line Output for daisy chaining or connecting to a headphone amp, 1/4" Speaker output for driving up to four passive PM-100 personal monitors, and selectable external 115V AC/230V AC operation.
The PM-200A began shipping in June, 2007.
