Based in southern France, Lâg has been making quality guitars for over 25 years, under the guidance of   master luthier Michel Lâg Chavarria. In preparing their Tramontane line for the market, Lâg has exclusively chosen Elixir strings to outfit their steel string models.

Elixir Strings began in 1995, providing a more resilient string with long-lasting tonal qualities. The popular string brand was chosen by Lâg for its high quality, long life span, and most importantly, a tone and brightness that complement the Tramontane series guitars.
