K-Sounds Releases Organimation for the Korg M3

K-Sounds introduces Organimation, a collection of B3 organ sounds for the Korg M3. Featuring true drawbar and percussion samples taken from a vintage tonewheel organ, clonewheel-quality rotary speaker effects, and abundant real-time control options, Organimation is poised to be the definitive organ resource for the M3. At the heart of Organimation are long-looped samples of true vintage tonewheels, capturing their signature complexity, key click, and leakage. K-Sounds carefully recreated all nine drawbars on the M3, constantly referring to the original, so that all drawbar settings sound authentic. Also included are full-length percussion samples, programmed to provide single-trigger performance (like a real B3) and the choice between 2nd and 3rd harmonics. Selectable chorus and vibrato effects are provided, and tube emulation effects further sweeten the tone. Utilizing the M3's Program and Combination modes, Organimation offers dozens of preset drawbar settings and organ tones. All Combination mode organs include 8- or 9-way drawbar control, selectable chorus / vibrato, selectable percussion, and the options to stop the rotary speaker, add reverb, and boost presence. If a second keyboard is added, Organimation is even optimized for double manual operation! MIDI channel 2 offers three additional drawbars configured for playing bass or comping. For years, K-Sounds organ products for Yamaha and Kurzweil synthesizers have raised the standard for workstation-based rotary speaker effects. Organimation for the M3 continues that tradition. Two unique rotary simulations provide authenticity that's typically reserved for dedicated organ keyboards.
