JZ Microphones has announced the release of the second microphone in JZ Vintage series — V67, a newly, high quality & legendary performance studio microphone. The new mic will be presented in Pro Light+Sound show 2010 at booth #H26 in hall 8.0, March 24. — 27. Within a very short time, the JZ Vintage microphone series has already made a lot of buzz around because of successful release of V47 mic and now JZ is introducing new V67 in this series. The new vintage mic features the same original design in a flask shape with built in shock-mounting system and swivel mount which V47 owns. It has double diaphragm capsule which is created using JZ patented Golden drops sputtering technology and has improved electronics according to the standards of nowadays market without losing the feel of vintage sound. "In the late 1970's the legendary U67 mic became the very symbol of high quality microphones which still works as standard sound in recording industry nowadays. By technology and design improvements I tried to add my own added value to this microphone which gives new & renewed view of this legendary sound," says Juris Zarins, microphone designer. The capsule of V67 is made close to original U67 capsule but it has a couple of design and sound improvements. By taking advantages of technology for transistors, the V67 is not having a tube and with Mr. JZ improvements it still provides the same well known range of U67 sound. As well as V47 and other JZ mics, the V67 provides also 5 year warranty. Due to its price and quality, the V67 is ideal both for the professional, and home recording and project studio sector, as well as for the broadcasting and voiceover area.
