Jay Winkler Koizumi Leaves "GuitarSlinger Products" and Takes Up "Handwired-Effects"

After two intensive years of innovating and financing the brand "GuitarSlinger Products" and its product development, Chairman Jay Winkler Koizumi has decided to leave the company effective December 31, 2009. Inspired by positive resonances from customers and press alike, Winkler Koizumi decided to continue his company under a new brand name "Handwired-Effects", supported by an innovative, trustworthy and passionate team. As of January 1, 2010, the brand name "GuitarSlinger Products" is owned by Mr. Alex Beyrodt, Germany. As a manufacturer of custom boutique effects for guitar, bass and keyboard, "Handwired-Effects" will supply top quality products, handcrafted with passion, always having the perfect sound in mind. All products and innovations by "Handwired-Effects" will be engineered and manufactured in the same high quality as before. Several new products – including pedals for bass and keyboards &ndash will be launched within the next three months. Please note:

• All developed products by "GuitarSlinger Products" (except for "Alex Beyrodt Custom Tone" pedal) has been owned and financed by Jay Winkler Koizumi and will be available under www.handwired-effects.com.
• The brand name "GuitarSlinger Products" as well as its product names "Stormbringer", "Stargazer", "Double-Dealer", "Fireball MKII", "RR" and "Blizzard" were given and are now owned by Mr. Alex Beyrodt, Germany.
• As of December 31, 2009, Jay Winkler Koizumi is in no way involved in the brand name "GuitarSlinger Products" or its products anymore.
