Jarrell Guitars Awarded 2010 “Manufacturer of the Year” at MIAC Show

Phillip Jarrell has combined his personal insights from a lifetime in music, art and design and invested them all into a comprehensive line of top quality products for musicians and producers.  And now his vision is being honored with an award of excellence proclaiming Jarrell Guitars as Manufacturer of the Year by the Music Industries Association of Canada. The awards recognize extraordinary accomplishments and contributions of member institutions and individuals identified through peer nomination and selection process.

Reaction from Phillip was as expected; excited and gracious- “I can’t begin to say how excited and thankful I am to be recognized by my peers” says Phillip; “I’ve played my entire life and I’ve listened at great length to what musicians want and need, and my dream is that my experience translates to great instruments in every detail, loved by musicians in every way. This award is proof that I have succeeded and there is nothing you can dream that can't be done. Thank you!”

This is the first year that the Music Industries Association of Canada has created The MIAC Excellence Awards. The awards celebrate institutional excellence, individual achievements and contributions to the Canadian music products market and music making.
