  • How About A Free Tremolo And Auto-Pan Plugin?

    By HC News |

HY-Plugins and BPB release free HY-TP2 tremolo VST/AU plugin

HY-Plugins and BPB have released HY-TP2, a freeware tremolo and auto-pan effect in VST and AU plugin formats for compatible digital audio workstations on PC and Mac.

    ABOUT

HY-TP2 is an updated version of the HY-TP tremolo effect by HY-Plugins. The new version of the effect comes with an improved user interface and a slightly modified feature set. HY-TP2 includes two additional LFO shapes while removing the envelope follower and soft clipper functionalities found in its predecessor. The LFO module now also features a phase shift knob for precise timing adjustments.

The Mod Wave section includes the LFO waveform selection panel (sinewave, triangle, ramp up, ramp down, log up, log down, square, and random), a phase adjustment knob, and a smoothing knob which smooths out the shape of the selected waveform. The Tremolo/Panner section features the modulation rate, modulation depth, and modulation width knobs. The width knob affects the plugin’s behavior as a tremolo or a stereo auto-pan effect. The filter section features a pair of filters (low-shelf and high-shelf). Finally, the Output section features the output volume dial.
