    By Guest |

Hosa Technology announces the introduction of eighteen new pro audio wall plates. Available in both single and dual gang configurations, the new wall plates are the perfect solution for bringing order to the common challenge of "cable clutter" in today's sophisticated production facilities. Perfect for a neat, clean installation, Hosa's new pro audio wall plates are available with all the standard pro audio connectors, including XLR3F, XLR3M, quarter-inch TRS (balanced phone), quarter-inch TS (unbalanced phone), and 4-pole Speakon. The Standard series wall plates feature generic non-locking connectors while the Pro series wall plates feature genuine Neutrik¿¿ locking connectors. In addition to bringing order to the seemingly endless amount of cables that are routinely encountered in today's studios, both the Standard and Pro series wall plates are manufactured using US32D satin stainless steel that is precut to accommodate industry standard D-style connectors. Perfect for the pro audio installer, Hosa's new pro audio wall plates are packed in plain, contractor-friendly boxes that are clearly labeled for easy identification during installation. In addition to the Standard and Pro wall plate models, custom configurations are available through select Hosa Technology dealers. Jonathan Pusey, Hosa Technology's National Marketing Manager, commented on the new Hosa pro audio wall plates. "While patchbays (which we also carry) are a studio essential, it is frequently desirable to have a variety of additional patch points that make it easier for performers to integrate their instruments and equipment into the studio's infrastructure," said Pusey. "Our new pro audio wall plates are the perfect solution to this common studio challenge. With both single and dual gang configurations and a wide range of common pro audio connectors, our new wall plates make it easy to provide the connecting points frequently used in audio production. Not only do our wall plates carry the benefit of helping to organize a studio by eliminating the all-too-common 'rats' nest', they add to the facility's aesthetic appeal with their clean, uncluttered, high-tech stainless steel appearance." Hosa Technology's audio wall plates range in price from $9 to $69 MSRP, depending upon the configuration. All models are currently available.
