Easy connectivity in a variety of convenient designs
Council Bluffs, IA - October 2011. Grundorf, a leading manufacturer of
equipment for musicians and audio professionals, is pleased to announce the
availability of cases for the PreSonus StudioLive Series digital mixer line.
Available in professional touring, fixed install, mobile/permanent, and
combo versions, these cases provide easy connectivity and superior
protection and are specifically tailored to the application environment.
Available in sizes to accommodate the PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2, StudioLive
16.4.2, and StudioLive 24.4.2, these cases are designed to facilitate easy
access to the mixers' wide range of inputs and outputs. As computers are
typically interfaced with these mixers, engineers will find it a breeze to
make these and all connections without the hassle of having to "finagle" the
positioning of the mixer in order to access the various connectors.
Of particular note, Grundorf recognizes the wide range of applications that
include the use of these digital mixers. Hence, models are available to
accommodate the live sound touring professional while other versions are
tailored to fixed installations. Equally notable, these cases are also
available for those semi-permanent applications, such as multipurpose
facilities that may serve as a sanctuary one day and a gymnasium the next.
With these models, easy connectivity, an appearance that blends
aesthetically with a wide range of decors, and roll-away convenience are
among the noteworthy attributes of the mobile/permanent version. For the
utmost convenience, there are also 'combo' versions that include carpeted or
ABS laminate exteriors with provisions for the mixer on top-combined with a
variety of racks, shelves, and trays to accommodate microphones, cables, and
other accessories routinely used with the mixer.
As is the case with all Grundorf cases, world-class build quality and a high
level of attention to detail make these cases an exceptional value.
Available in both T8 (3/8th-inch) and T2 (1/2-inch) plywood designs that
conform to airline flight security standards, the cases employ a durable,
high impact resistant ABS laminated finish that is resistant to scratches,
weather, and other variables that flight cases typically encounter. Equally
important, the edges are finished with a double edged aluminum extrusion and
the lid-to-body seal is made with an interlocking aluminum tongue and groove
valance system to provide a tight, secure fit. The cases are available in
red, black, blue, and gray.
For added convenience, Grundorf cases are available with optional pull-out /
retractable handles and heavy duty casters that make transporting the
StudioLive mixers that much easier. With these options, the case / mixer
combination assumes the personality and versatility of carry-on luggage.
Frank Grund, President of Grundorf Corporation, commented on the company's
cases for the PreSonus mixers. "These cases provide superior protection and
easy connectivity for the PreSonus StudioLive Series mixers," Grund says.
"Featuring robust construction throughout for safe, easy transport and a
variety of form factors that enable users to tailor their setup for mobile,
fixed, or semi-fixed application environments, the cases enhance the overall
level of versatility the PreSonus mixers are noted for. We're also proud of
the fact that these cases are completely designed and manufactured here in
the States. I'm confident musicians and audio pros will find our cases a
compelling choice to protect their valuable equipment."
The Grundorf PreSonus cases are available in a variety of configurations.
Prices range from $179.95 to $1,899.95. All models are now available.
