Evidence Audio, a supplier of performance-based cable products to the Music Instrument market, has introduced the Siren speaker cable.

Based on years of research in cable theory and design, the Siren incorporates fundamental design characteristics that allow musicians the ability to pass a signal between electronics and speakers with an increased level of transparency and accuracy.

Key features include the use of:

    • Solid IGL copper conductors: Overcome distortions caused by strand interaction and copper impurities.
    • Spiraled geometry: Avoids problems of parallel-run conductors for greater dynamics & noise rejection
    • Polypropylene insulation: holds conductors rigid to minimize electro-magnetic modulation of the conductors

"Four years of enthusiasm for the Lyric Instrument and Microphone cable has been accompanied by customers demanding a complimentary solution for speaker-level signals" comments Tony Farinella, president of Evidence Audio, "at long-last we deliver the Siren, which in beta-release has generated responses as positive as expected -- and worthy of the Evidence Audio name."

The Siren is available in any length with any connectors. A 10 foot Siren speaker cable with 1/4" plugs on both ends sells for $45.00, and the cable is available in bulk for $2.60 per foot.
