eMasters Debuts My Bedroom Studio Social Networking Site

For the last few years, many have also been socialising on line, using discussion boards and social networking sites like Myspace to seek out like‑minded souls to share views, videos, music and pictures. So now eMasters, the on-line mastering service, is proud to announce a venture that brings these concepts together: My Bedroom Studio.

My Bedroom Studio is an online social network for equipment junkies everywhere. Users can post info, pics and videos about their setups, from laptop studios to custom-built facilities (and, of course, check out other people's), exchange tips on production, ask questions, advertise their services, or, as eMasters engineer Streaky put it on his first post to the new community, '"have a good old-fashioned slanging match on the forum."

"MySpace can be great, but it's grown out of control," comments Streaky. "The idea with My Bedroom Studio is to keep it focused, to build a community of like-minded people with a shared interest, and so hopefully to avoid all the spam you get cluttering up other networks."
