  • Eastwood Guitars Introduces the New AIRLINE Tux Deluxe

    By Guest |

After many months of collaboration between Eastwood Guitars and Randy Bachman (Bachman & Turner, The Guess Who, BTO), the new AIRLINE Tux Deluxe is ready for release.

The AIRLINE Tuxedo has been one of Eastwood’s top-selling models many years. And as a TUXEDO player and fan of the AIRLINE brand, Randy Bachman contacted Eastwood Guitars to share his ideas. The new Airline Tux Deluxe captures that exotic sixties vibe that Randy was aiming for, with multi-ply binding, flamed maple top and back with unique black sides. Technical changes include a Zero-Fret, upgraded tail-piece and custom coil-tapped pickups, giving the player a choice of 70\% or 100\% of the P-90 output levels. Deluxe AIRLINE hardshell case is included.

"It really is a pleasure to work with Randy, he is extremely knowledgeable about vintage instruments," said Mike Robinson, President and founder of Eastwood Guitars, "with over 40 years of professional experience and a vintage collection that spans that career, he is hard to beat. When it came time to name the new model, Randy said, “TUX DELUXE” without a second thought. I just love that name!"

The AIRLINE TUX DELUXE will start shipping in early March 2011, to find your closest dealer visit
