  • Carvin Introduces The BRX112NEO Bass Combo Amp

    By Guest |

Carvin proudly announces the release of its new BRX112NEO bass combo. Designed with a compact, lightweight form factor, this versatile, powerful amp is the perfect choice for gigging musicians in need of a system that minimizes the hassles of setup and break-down for those one-night performances.

Featuring a single 12-inch low frequency transducer driven by 800 watts of pure adrenaline for its power source, the new BRX112NEO has the muscle to handle a wide variety of applications. Featuring an Active or Passive input gain switch, the amplifier employs a mono block bass head and is designed for cool running, reliable operation. Controls include Sub Bass, Bass, Low Mid, Mid, Hi Mid, Treble, Preamp Drive, and Master volume. All controls are conveniently located across the top front of the unit for easy access during performance.

The versatile BRX112NEO is painstakingly crafted from the finest materials. The enclosure employs Baltic Birch wood for both cabinet rigidity and durability. The cabinet includes recessed handles that make the amp easy to pick up, yet without occupying any additional space when packing the truck for the next location. To maintain its appearance and protect the unit from the rigors of the road, the entire system employs a rugged Duratex™ scratch resistant, weatherproof, polyurethane coating. Further, the cabinet utilizes a powder-coated, steel grille to protect the loudspeaker.

Carson Kiesel, President of Carvin Corporation commented on the company's new offering, "For the bass player who is constantly moving between rehearsals and one-night gigs, our new BRX112NEO has the right combination of power and performance packed into a compact enclosure that makes the process of moving much easier. We're genuinely excited about this important new offering for bassists on the go."

The new Carvin BRX112NEO carries a suggested retail price of $649. The unit is in stock and available.
