  • Cakewalk Launches Myspace.com Page To Connect With And Promote Musicians

    By Guest |

Responding to the burgeoning popularity of MySpace.com as a means for musicians to promote their music, Cakewalk has launched a MySpace.com page to stay in touch with customers, reach new musicians, and help promote their music. MySpace.com is a free networking site which links together over 80 million people.

In addition to regularly featuring Cakewalk customer's music on the Cakewalk MySpace.com page, the page also provides an easy way for customers and musician's to stay informed of Cakewalk Events, product announcements, and participate in MySpace-only Cakewalk contests.

"Many Cakewalk users have told us that they use MySpace as a place to showcase their music and network with other artists, promoters, and fans," said Carl Jacobson, Marketing Director for Cakewalk. "We have started featuring our users' music on our MySpace page. This means everyone visiting Cakewalk's MySpace.com page will hear the featured artist's song and will be able to link to his/her page to learn more. We will also do special contests and giveaways for our MySpace friends."
