Buck Dharma Endorses Amptweaker TightDrive

Buck Dharma, co-founder, singer, and lead guitarist for the legendary band Blue

Oyster Cult has become Amptweaker’s latest endorser. He’s using the TightDrive

overdrive pedal in his guitar rig as the first driver in a three gain pedal rig, for

solo boosting and for occasional ‘vibey’ rhythm tones. Here’s what he had to say

about it:

The TightDrive was the first in a line of ‘Tight’ distortion pedals at Amptweaker,

and includes consumer-requested features such as a battery on/off switch, magnetic

battery door, onboard effects loop with pre/post switch, and the Tight control for

dialing in the attack of the guitar. Other pedals include the Bass TightDrive, the

cleaner TightBoost, and the latest TightMetal distortion.
