DC power supply, quick-release transmitter mount, new retail packaging.
Brace Audio, Inc. debuts the new DWG-1000x digital wireless instrument system in an inclusive bundle. Building on the success of the DWG-1000 system, and responding to market and dealer feedback, the new bundled system includes a universal voltage sensing DC power supply, quick-release Velcro™ strap mounting system for the transmitter and new retail packaging and master-carton designs.
"We always look to our customers and retail partners for ideas on how to improve our products", states CEO David Stokes. "Their collective experience on the road and on the sales floor is invaluable." Feedback indicated a need for an included DC power supply to power the receiver and a more secure mounting system for attaching the transmitter to guitar straps. The new DWG-1000x incorporates this input in a new retail package.
"Lots of companies use 'life-style' images on their packages", states VP Sales & Marketing, Randy Fuchs. "We take this concept to a new level by featuring real musicians. We're taking a page from the Wheaties™ playbook and releasing a series of package designs with different main panels. The first two packages feature Josh Dunham – bassist for Prince, and David Neil Black – guitarist for So Cal-based 7K. Side panels showcase other endorsers including the band members from Sean Kingston, Charm City Devils, Queen Latifah/Eminem, Solomon Burke, Toots and the Maytals, and more. We want our packaging to convey that Brace Audio stands for professional quality; no matter where one is in their career."
Brace's commitment to sales and service doesn't stop with product development and retail packaging. "We've even re-designed our master carton to be more warehouse-friendly and informative", adds Scott Garside, Creative Manager. "We're watching every aspect and stage of our partners' and customers' experience to make sure that it is a satisfying, valuable and fun experience."
