Among the onslaught of new products from Behringer at this year's Summer NAMM show was the V-Tone Guitar pack (USD 99,99), the company's first guitar starter pack that includes everything an aspiring guitarist needs to start playing right out of the box. The package comes with a top-notch Strat-style electric guitar, the V-Tone GM108 guitar combo and all accessories a guitarist needs to start playing right away. Shipping starts in Q4 2003.

The guitar features a solid body with the classic three-single-coil pickup configuration, a 22-fret maple neck with adjustable truss rod and chrome-plated hardware that is highlighted by the guitar's black glossy finish. A fulcrum vibrato bridge is included.

The V-Tone GM108 15-Watt modeling guitar amp with 27 analog modeling settings for classic guitar amp sounds and a vintage-design 8" speaker to cut through any mix. A powerful, dedicated headphone output with speaker simulation permits silent practicing, keeping the neighbors away. In addition, the CD input makes it possible to play along to favorite tunes.

To round out this appealing package, the V-Tone Guitar Pack also contains an instrument cable, adjustable guitar strap, three picks and a guitar instruction book. A padded gig bag protects the guitar on the road.
