    BaseHead Inc announces its first version of their Sound Library program for OS X.

     

    BaseHead is used by sound designers and FX editors in the video game and post production industry around the world for searching, auditioning and organizing massive sound libraries with metadata is now available for Mac users.

     

    BaseHead makes it easy to search thru and listen to 1000's of audio files to find the exact ones you are looking.

     

    Once found you can then transfer the whole sound or just a region into your DAW of choice.

     

    Built fresh for OS X from the ground up with the knowledge learned from the PC version and then improved upon to give users better workflow and ease of use with a fresh new look.

     

    It's available now, with a demo to try on the site! Operating systems supported: OS X 10.5 or higher

     

    Price: $289 for a cross-platform 2.x license including the USB dongle and $259 for extra network licenses.
