AXL Releases Faultline Bass Amplifier Heads And Cabinets

Taking another step forward in the quest to create earth-shaking tones, the San Francisco-based AXL releases their FAULTLINE series of Bass Amplifier heads and cabinets.

Carefully designed, engineered and tested at AXL USA, the versatile FAULTLINE amplifier is available in 2 models, a 400W RMS head (AA-FB-400H) and a 300W RMS head (AA-FB-300H). Both heads offer a full range of tones from classic tube-style warmth to punchy modern brightness.

Both heads feature a Vintage/Modern tone switch to effectively replicate modern, brighter tones as well as darker vintage ones. This tone-shaping switch makes these heads great choices for all playing styles, from heavy rock to pop to jazz. FAULTLINE heads also include a 4 Band EQ, Effects Send and Return, active, passive and RCA inputs, as well as an XLR line out with Line Level control and Ground Lift Switch. The 400W FAULTLINE head also includes a separate Gain control and a Room Balance function. The Room Balance control's innovative design enables players to tailor their sound for optimal acoustic quality in any size room.

To accompany these great-sounding heads, AXL offers the FAULTLINE 412 Cabinet (AA-FB-412C). Featuring 4 x 12" Alphatone Speakers, each rated for 150 W @ 4 ohms, the FAULTLINE cabinet is perfectly tuned to enhance the expressive characteristics of the FAULTLINE head.
