Responding to customer demand for unique color choices, Alien Alliance Audio Systems has introduced three new stock colors for their line of guitar and bass speaker cabinets. The move is intended to ease the customer's decision and ordering process and allow for a finish choice at no additional cost.

While custom colors have always been available, the infinite number of choices meant that most of the color finishes had to be mixed and sprayed individually resulting in limited production and increased fees. "We have found that many of our customers did not have a particular color or shade in mind, but they knew they wanted to move beyond traditional black," said Steve Speck, Alien Alliance product manager. "Hopefully our new stock color choices will satisfy their craving for a custom look."

The new colors (emerald green, indigo blue and crimson red) are darker hues designed to blend well with the stage backline while allowing a splash of individuality. According to the company, the finishes are generously applied (approximately 40 mils) using a highly abrasion resistant textured urethane coating for superior durability. They colors are available for viewing and ordering for all products at the company's website.
