A New York Sound: The New Yorker Cowbells with Marc Quinones Signature Timbal Bell
By Guest |
The New Yorker Cowbells from Pearl Percussion were specially designed to create the signature salsa sound, with the volume and durability to handle any musical situation. The series is comprised of three different sized bells: the Cha-Cha High, Cha-Cha Low, and Mambo Bell. Pearl collaborated on the New Yorker bells with Percussion Master Marc Quinones, who has toured and recorded with such legends as The Allman Brothers, David Byrne, and Spyro Gyra- and was also featured playing timbales on Tito Puente’s 100th Album.
The Marc Quinones Timbal Bell is the ultimate salsa campana bell. Similarly built to the New Yorkers, with its one-piece steel construction, this bell is engineered to cut through the largest latin ensembles. Get ahold of Pearl Percussion’s New Yorker Cowbells and Marc Quinones Signature Timbal Bell and show up to every gig equipped with the bell sound of New York.
