The 4th row of swirls are all custom. There is a no name Green swirl, then a black 7string, then a nice purple and black RG350 I think, with a reverse headstock. It was swirled by Herc Fede, the neck is swirled as well. Then the PAW swirl (Passion and Warfare) was done by Darren Johansen, who is considered to be the king of swirls.
The pink Jem on the right is a stock SK or Shocking Pink color. The RG550 on the right is a touch more red-ish. I always thought it was pink, until I compared it to the SK Jem. I did the paint job myself, years ago. The RG550 has been my main guitar for 20 years. I bought it in 88, brand spankin new. I always scalloped the last 4 frets on the RG550s myself, and sanded down the back of the neck.
Here's a better pic of the two. I think the RG550 is called Five Alarm Red or something. The pic is a few months old, I replaced the mis matched set of Volume and Tone knobs, with an original matching set of yellow ones.
Cheers for the info mate.
I'm totally in love with the pink JEM You should change your username to Ibanezguy lol.
