So I always associated it with people who couldn't really play. At the time I thought I was more than a notch or two above that level. And then I probably thought telling the girls nearby how easy it was would be a good icebreaker. I can't believe they didn't flock to me. LOL.. As lame as it is to play the song kills every.single.friggin. time.

SEAN MORMELO SOLO LIST Oh Yeah! Nice list dude! I'll be picking through this.

  4. Thanks Vanlatte! I just added "One I Love"!
  5. Daddymack... great list man! (BTW I always chuckle when I see a mod double post).
  6. Great setlist Drew!!! We share 47 tunes. I had to count because it looked so familiar!

  12. Drops of Jupiter...I throw a capo at 2 or 3 and play "G-D-C" relative to the capo. I think I've even capoed it a the first fret before. nobody would ever notice. I also do Slip Sliding Away at least once a week, Late in the evening about once a month and Julio used to be a staple in my set but the whistling thing drives me nuts so I seldom do it anymore.

I always thought it was really hard but it's nothing. That's been a staple that people are eating up lately. I've also been doing that "Drops of Jupiter" quite a bit. I'm not a huge fan of the tune but I actually enjoying playing/singing it. I capo it at 2 or 3 depending on the night.
  14. I agree! I will more than likely take hat approach. I got my first paper back with an A on it and I seriously felt cheated. There were no comments, notes or anything else that indicated he actually read it. Some would think "whatever" and just take the A. Not me- I'm paying for school and I want 4 hours worth of writing graded properly. ...." But that's just me. Louis
