I used to sell stuff there years ago. I never started an auction with a price lower than what I was willing to accept. Why would you have a starting price of $200 when your reserve is $600? I know it probably saves some fees but it loses bids. If I see an item with 13 bids and it has not met reserve, I won't consider bidding on it. Maybe only I feel this way.

I feel Ebay sucks hardcore compared to what it once was.
