  1. I've been looking at Sweetwater as you can at least pick and choose from the exact model you'll get so you can weed out bad grains, etc. Still you really should play them first as every handmade guitar plays different from the next.
  2. Been on a couple of Traditional threads with you. Great looking guitar. I am bouncing between Iced Tea and Honey Burst. I'll keep trying them out and just settle on what plays best.
  3. Ask for a bit more than you want. The lowball offers might end up being what you were originally asking, and it'll deter those who think it's too high to even make offers. Just don't mention it in your post. I was surprised, I got *more* offers when I jacked the price up on my item.
  4. Here's the one I get for all my postings: Hi Thanks for the response.I am willing to pay your asking price.I will pay by money order as its the only way i can pay you at the moment.I will make arrangement for the pick-up after payment have been received by you. I dont mind adding an extra twenty dollars so you can keep it in my favor.Reply with your full name, cell phone number, and address where payment should be sent. Please take the posting off craigslist today and consider it sold to me. Expecting to hear from you soon. Regards Oh, yeah... Sure! All I seem to get these days are lowballers, people wanting to trade really cheap guitars for what I am selling, or scammers. Craigslist aint what it used to be.
  5. GC wrote me about my CL ad. Do they normally do that? I didn't respond because I figure the best they'll do is 1/2 MSRP.
  6. This is great news for 40-year-old guys with guyliner, everywhere.
  7. This is what I keep telling the warden (wife). Let my by one really nice, expensive guitar and I will stop buying all this cheap ones
