Overrated: Clapton - I've just never really gotten the appeal. Sunshine was a great song, and few of the other Cream songs had good hooks, but the guitar work was just average, I thought. Could Alex Lifeson do Clapton's stuff - absolutely: Could Clapton even approach Alex's stuff, no f___n way.... done

Underrated: Michael Allsup - did a great job of playing tastefully within the structure of the band, and added a lot with great tone and skillful (while not overly complex) licks Also underrated: Alex Lifeson - watching him perform in person time after time with unbelievable precision is amazing...
