  1. Oh man, what a pretty girl she was. Sorry for your loss, Woody.
  2. Satch wears panties. Your Mom wears panties!!!! ...Oh, wait.
  3. It seems silly to think that a forum ever had a "way." Things are always changing, nothing stays the same.
  4. When you change string gauges on a Strat it will need to be almost totally re-set up. If you didn't do this I imagine you're having a devil of a time keeping things from going sharp and flat.
  5. That's like making a transparent muppet so I can look at some guy's hand. You're a genius! A transparent muppet...how do I get one?!? One could just back paint the portion of the guard that covered the pots and switch, make it match the top more or less.
  6. Mahogany Soloist Ibanez S 770pb + a handful of others.
  7. She is a beaut! She should be rear routed for controls however.
  8. I've owned both. As far as the Standards are concerned, the MIA is simply a guitar I would choose over the MIM. That has to do with, The feel of the neck shape and nut width. The 2 point tremolo system, 22 frets, and over all nicer finish. (one could argue about a more resonate body due to choicer cuts of wood, but I wont). And on that last point, the finish on a MIM guitar can be excellent, I'd still rather play the MIA. I only use a strat for recording at home, so I do use a MIM standard with Fender 57/62 pickups. It's a fun guitar and it is nice. But still the stock 2008 MIA is nicer.
  9. I've had a nice strat that I've been trying to move for over a month. No takers, but a few nice trade offers.
  10. Honorable mention to Floyd Rose's guitars,
  11. I could never own a PRS simply because of the headstock. and rondo of course,
  12. There's a catch though. She is raising money to get production of a new pedal off the ground. The Hyperions won't ship until November 2011. It's probably best to contact her directly via PM (devi ever) if you have questions about this. She is a forum member. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/deviever/silver-rose-and-the-85-hyperion So cool it should maybe have its own thread!
