  1. Hey there! Im around though it has been a while since I posted. I see many old timers on the FB group. This place kind of makes me sad. Nothing is the same for me now. I stopped in today only because I got a notification of a message being delivered to my account. Maybe I should re-up and become active. It'd be nice to break free from FB.
  2. Why is John Mayer blah blah blah? Who cares? the guy writes and plays some great music. Maybe one day his life experience will match up to his artistic ability. Who are any of us as musicians to judge anything but his music?

  4. I thought I remembered hearing/reading that George loved the same Marshall that Warren Dimartini was using back during the RATT heyday. That they went back and forth with the thing. I knew he was a Randall RG endorser but I never heard no RG on no Dokken album. I had an RG100 back then BECAUSE Lynch endorsed them.
  5. This guy is a goofball. His personal life is of 0 interest to me. My GF is convinced that he is a scumbag.. I don't care. He plays really well and I like his writing style. So there. Don't care how many girls he has had sex with, which girls or, if he digs black girls.
  6. The video from the MTV show confirms mym memory that CC was playing SolidState Crate amps for a bit. I don't know what he used to record look what the cat dragged in but it was thin and nasally sounding. Like most Crates of the day. I'd say that a JCM 800 model is a decent starting place. That is what Crate was gunning for with the voicing for their solid state stuff. Ask Yngwie!
  7. Ok, I'll play along. I have always wanted your guitar. Wish I had picked one up prior to the switch to the current body style.
  8. Here are a couple more shots including my son's ad2300:
  9. Here is my boy's first generation AD2500: My First generation AL-2500: My AL-2800 rounded horn but original headstock: My son's first generation Ghost: My Original Hornet with GFS Crusader pups. Deadly axe: Ghost, Strat (forgot model#),AD2500,AL2500,AL2800,Hornet:)
  10. Series 10 were MIK and they were MIK before MIK was the MIK that MIK is now. Kinda like MIJ was before MIJ was good. Old MIK wanted to be like MIJ but was more like MIC now if that good. Now MIK is like MIJ was then if not better and MIJ is as good as anything anywhere. Now theses are all huge generalizations but I had fun with it.
