  1. I just popped in to see if the site still exists, it’s good to see familiar names still around. I’ve completely dropped out of music: I sold off my system, even sold my Ric 4003 to my older daughter. Starting and trying to maintain a small home improvement business for the past ten years is exhausting and stressful, and just didn’t leave enough of me to do other stuff. But in 4 months god willing I become a part-time retiree, so who knows what future might be in store for me! Be well.
  2. It's been forever since I've been on the forum. Thanks Craig for keeping it going as moderator. I'm going to post now :).

  5. Woah....there's a name from out of the glorious past that was HCBF!!!! Oh......post.
  6. It almost seems wrong to post so soon here.
  7. Indeed, if a connector reseat doesn't fix this, don't even bother closing up the case. Save the screws for some other project.....
  8. Open the case, and reseat every connector. Mackies of this vintage are notorious for problems with loose connectors. This may not fix the problem if the connector has really failed, but it might get the board working right again.
  9. Overloading HC's servers, one inane post at a time!
  10. All your bass are belong to us. BTW....we're approaching 20,000 posts here.
  11. The Secret Service comes to us for advice on how to secure important information.
  12. Moderators knew/know, and that's a secret never to be divulged. It's a matter of national security, you know....
