I guess so. Seems it makes alot of sense having LTD sigs aswell for the 'young' bands, ones who's audience are alot younger and have less money, makes it more accessible, the more I think about it the more money orientated it seems.

I can kinda see the Atreyu/BFMV, but overall this comes off as "Why don't they deserve it? Cuz I don't like it." Anyone one who can make the company money deserves a sig model. It's not an award, it's an advertisement. Yeah I guess that's true actually. I do like Bullet though, I just don't consider Micheal Paget a great guitarist, same with Chimaira. I may be wrong but I don't think people buy signature guitars because of their favourite band using them, I think people who've been playing guitar for a decent amount of time with experience will pick a sig guitar because it's a good guitar regardless of weather they like the artist or not, which I think kinda makes making lots of signature guitars pointless, but if it's advertisement then it's great for the company.

Didn't see a lot of 'real' ESPs in the Signature Series section. Looked like most of them are LTDs. Yeah that's true, but I think still it's wierd they give even LTD signatures to half these artists. Alot of them are excellent players, some of them aren't really though. And what's with some of them having like 6 signature models?!

Heh, he does look like a douche huh? Haha. I'm really not a fan of Static X, he does look like a douche but after watching interviews especially the ESP interview I think he's alot more genuine than alot of the douchy kids around in metal.

Might I mention that by suck I mean that I don't feel they're a unique or influential enough a guitarist to deserve an ESP signature model. I mean... Just my opinion but, Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir and Atreyu, micheal Paget. That's just my opinion though.
