  4. Selling a bunch of Acustica Audio licenses.I have a very large plugin collection, and the need to purge some out has made all of these surplus and redundant. This will also help me defray the cost of an unforeseen tax situation. This sell-off is in no way a reflection of their quality.Due to the severe exchange limitations placed on owners by Acustica I would prefer to sell the entire collection as one bundle. If that is not possible I will not accept offers for less than seven licenses per sale as I am limited to a total of 5 exchanges before penalties become an issue.Bundle price: 600.00Individual licenses are 50.00 each, no fewer than seven at a time.Prices and terms are non-negotiable.That being said here is the list of licenses available:BlondCamelCobaltCrimsonDesertEbonyHoneyJadeLemonNavyTaupeTitaniumVeridianWaterAll are full licenses.Purchasers must have an account made with Acustica and able to provide me with the email address associated with that account.https://www.acustica-audio.com/Payment via PayPal only.If interested please contact me through my website.https://www.davidaudioproduction.com/
  5. jjpistols has always been OK by my standards. You must have very low standards...
  6. If there are no anvils at hand, one does what one must. Beats a parachute pack filled with dirty silverware in any case. I disagree...dirty silverware causes tetanus...
  7. I hate. Therefore, I am. WRONG! I AM...therefor I HATE!
  8. But have you compared a 2008 or later American Strat to your 2006 MIM Strat? A lot of people on TGP, the Fender Forum and TDPRI really seem to like the updated 2008 and later American Standard Strats. I haven't read the same glowing reviews here because so many people prefer lower cost guitars. no...I have no experience with any other MIA strats...
  9. I know my experience doesn't quite fit what the OP is looking for, but here's my story... I found a 1996 MIA strat, the type with the TBX tone control, for 500.00 in a Mom&Pop store and leaped on it...it was my only strat until 2006, when I grabbed a MiM standard out of Alto Music with a few dings for store cost, intending to use it in the truck I was driving at the time...as time went by I started preferring the MiM over the Mia, EXCEPT FOR THE PICKUPS... the pickups were replaced with a set of BG V60s and the MIA strat became superfluous, and got traded for an Epi Sheraton2... ...the end...

  11. Yes. The Pure 90 is true to the P90 sound. Essentially, they are P90s with the ends cut off. Bryan will wind them to meet your tone needs. Best pups I've ever played. Use 500k Ohm audio taper brass shaft pots for both volume and tone controls along with 022 caps. what would be the tonal difference with, say, 300K pots and .022 orange drop?
  12. Speaking of fights, who do you think would win in a fight between...say...a Duesenberg and a Gibson? I always think "CAR" when I see Duesenberg...so I'll say the Duesenber would run over the gibson...but the gibson would play on...
  13. Q: How do you make a viola-player play 'Tremelando'? A: Write a whole-note with the word 'Solo' above it. yeah, that's them...
