For your information, my tele plus sold for 1699 plus shipping 2 weeks ago on ebay...mine was worth it, yours isn't. peace. you are really getting on my nerves dude... I've seen some tele plus's go for 1000$ too... just stick with your own forum... i want 1100$ for my guitar, and think this guitar is worth that shipped... If you wanna take your chance on an ebay deal go ahead, but not a lot of these with the moog sell for less than 1000$... At least I can guarantee that this guitar works 100%, and is 100% original... It even has the slips that were on the guitar when I bought it..

i never got an answer on it last time.....considering it has active electronics w/ the moog tone switch, if the moog switch is not engaged, can it be fun passive w/o the moog electronics? Basically, can it run w/o the battery in it for the active electronics?

all nagging and kidding around aside.....now is going to be a VERY hard time to sell a guitar like that. It's almost like you need to find somebody in major band to buy one of those. Ever considered getting a broker for it or something in NYC or LA? It would cost you money, BUT, then you could charge more an still make enough to send one of your kids to Harvard for 3/4 of a year.

i wasn't remarking on the cost of his guitar, just the cost of good vintage guitars that EVERYONE sells. you people cry wolf even if your little feelings get hurt. grow some balls and stop crying every time somebody makes a comment. AGAIN, this was a gripe over the cost of ALL vintage guitars, not just his. go and wax your rolls royce richy richy collector people that don't even know how to play! HA!

For the 300th time, drop your price and somebody will buy it. you want too much for it...go $999 and it'll be gone in a hurry.

and just for the sake of those looking, and my curiosity....I've got a question. I know the p'ups in it are active b/c of the moog electronics....can it be run passive w/o a battery if the moog electronics are not activated?

Think about it this way, when you sell low, you also get to buy low....it's all in proportion. You'll be fine...but you'll be waiting a LONG time if you want 1,300-1,500 for it.

hate to be a pessimist...but you won't get that much for yours...they go for around $900ish regularly on evilbay.... you gotta ride the economy brother...
