    Okay, I answered my own question, but this might as well stay here just as reference if anyone else wonders the same thing. http://www.sonicspot.com/spinaudiovstdxwrapper/spinaudiovstdxwrapper.html This seems to be a VST-to-DX wrapper, and the "Lite" version is freeware.

    Okay, I'm getting back to recording after not having done so for a while. In the process, I've switched computers, but am still using the same program (Cool Edit 2). I have mostly DirectX plugins (which Cool Edit uses), but seem to remember that I'd come across some sort of program that would translate VST plugins to DirectX. Am I crazy? Has the airplane glue ruined the last of my memory? Or is there a program that'll do that? Thanks for any help. c.

    Damn you! I know next to nothing about that show, but I've always thought that blonde was hot. She also played on ER during one of the early seasons. I was all excited that I was going to come into this thread and add something useful. Oh well. I'll just look at her picture and think naughty things (I'm at home now).
