My tech showed me while working on one of these amps awhile back that there's this design flaw where the grounds are too close to other components and they arc at high wattages. Simple fix and re-route and they sound great. Definitely a poor man's recto amp.

Saying "epic fail" outloud is even worse. Use the meme all you want online, but {censored}, saying them outside is almost worse than shouting "lolz" when you think something is funny. That's goin on the bottom

First good guitar was after I bought it - and sanded the neck and replaced the wiring and pup. An OLP Silhouette clone with single bucker. Decent shredder even if it is basswood.
