  1. If it as well made as my R8, hell yes! Gibson CS Historics are among the best production guitars one can get.
  2. At the present time, I love my Ric 360, but my G&L Tribute ASAT Classic is making me say wow! If I could get the cash together, I'd possibly forego my ASAT Classic for a thinline ASAT Special with the larger MFD pickups for more sonic beef - plenty of chime but capable of grinding, when I need to. ASAT Special Semi-Hollow Nice to see a new G&L fan! You may also consider a semi-hollow ASAT Bluesboy - the Seth Lover HB in the neck coupled with the MFD single coil in the bridge is awesome.
  3. Right now I have the most guitars I have ever owned at four (I'm picky and not into having a bunch of guitars). having said that, if I was going down to one I would probably go with my Les Paul R8 or my G&L Legacy. So I suppose, either a very good Les Paul or a very good Strat should be enough for anyone.
  4. Does the appearance of a guitar's tone affect the weight of it's finish?
  5. I got an 08 Standard and it definitely satisfied my LP GAS. It isn't my favorite guitar, but it is a great guitar nonetheless.
  6. mojo sent. I'm happy things got better. I hope she continues to improve.
  7. ESP 400 series strat. It was a great guitar until I got a G&L Legacy which was better strat for me in just about every way.
  8. Chorus:) I agree about the, Stevie wannabes. I imagine that it has become almost unbearable in Austin!
