... the negative aspect, to me, is that the media in this country has gone below 3rd world country levels of trustworthiness. The media has been absolutely pathetic. That is a very good point and reflects exactly my opinion of the current government after they presented the WMD bs to the public before invading Iraq! I do not believe McCain would have done a terrible job either, but this is just better. America died over the last 8 years, no foreign relationships, crises after crises, trillions and trillions of $$$ spent without balancing the check book, etc. Simple rules where ignored (e.g. reducing tax in war times). That had to stop and even the hardcore republican could have not been happy with the situation as it is right now. Maybe a small amount of people were happy with getting tax advantages, but these people tend to be unhappy anyway, or how much money somebody need in life? However, RIP America is over, it is time to look forward and see what Obama can do over the next 4 years. I personally would love to see government controlled healthcare, peace, and a big push on education.

Yeah it IS ironic that the only choice that Pro-Choicers advocate is abortion. All others are the responsibility of Mother Government. Slay the innocent, grant voting rights to the guilty. I think pro-choice is more than just killing cell blobs, it is giving a person control over themselves. It is not that somebody tells you not to get surgery to cut out some cancer cells when this improves your life???

he doesn't really think that....thats just the only argument they have against pro-choice people. being pro-choice doesn't me you'll actually get pregnant with the intent to have an abortion......it just means that if a woman gets pregnant, she has the choice to do whats right for her. The funny thing is that people opposing pro-choice are frequently pro-war, pro-guns, and pro-death penalty.

What will happen if under Obama our economy tanks and takes the European economy with it? Do you think Obama will be "respected and admired" then? Do you think all of those Germans would have shown up to "support" Obama without all of the free beer, pizza, bratwurst, and a concert right beforehand? I mean, if that's what it takes to win the respect of Europeans, then whoever wins should do a European tour first thing after taking the oath, making sure there is plenty of free beer, pizza, bratwurst, and concerts to go along with their speeches. What do you mean by WILL. It already happened under Bush. The economy is in a downfall worldwide. And since you travel so much to Germany, I am sure your opinion about Germans who go for free stuff is pretty much a projection of that what you saw at Walmart today.
