I will give Presonus credit for one thing. They still have a forum. You can check it out and see how happy or unhappy people are with the products. They can also get plenty feedback regarding problems.I most recently checked on a USB interface, the Audiobox. It was problems posted on their forum which led me to steer clear of that unit. But, it is a new unit with new drivers.
