  1. Selling for CHEAP. Make an offer. I'm based in Winchester: Marshall 1922 - Re-covered by me, so not an amazing, but better than ripped tolex. Handles still need fitting. Marshall 1922 - Speakers are Celestion GK-100's (i think thats the product number). VERY tatty. Gigged relentlessy but still works. Wired for mono only. Marshall 1960 - Empty uncovered cabinet. Just the wooden frame and back panel. I have 2 of these. Marshall JCM800 Basscab 4x10. No tolex. Took it off and never got round to re-covering. I have the tolex here plus the plastic corners etc. I can send pics of the above if you need. PM me.
  2. SELLING: Ampeg Lee Jackson VL-1002 Head. Made in USA. Has USA power so needs step down transformer. Make me an offer.

  4. I don;t own/run a studio commercially. Mine is purely for my own band. In fact i think that there are 2 camps on this board, the pro studio owners/engineers and the hobbyist/band studio owners. This accounts for a lot of the differences in approach. For example i play electro rock, i am developing a style of production that suits this type of music. If i commercially rented out my studio i'd have wider skills, if slightly less honed in this particular area. There's a thread on this page about 'badly produced' records and lots of them still have fans even among the engineering world. It is the 'bad production' that adds to their flavour and uniqueness. Not sure what i am trying to say, but as a muso in a studio i see it all as opne big instrument. On the few occasions i have recorded other bands i see the studio very differently and am much more aware of its short comings.
