  1. This guitar is super cool...It almost looks like Ostrich Skin with that Birdseye Top!
  2. With Agile it was actually the very similar open book style headstock that was changed to a wave headstock. The term "Lawsuit" is not used to imply or indicate that a Lawsuit was filed or threatened (after all, if threatened, it would usually be a private matter and we wouldn't know about it because it is not a matter of public record like when a lawsuit is actually filed) , just to identify with similarities(which are generally limited to headstock similarities) that are copyrighted or owned by the company that originally fabricated that design. More or less, the term "Lawsuit" is jargon that some part of the guitar (usually the headstock) is similar to the original. I believe that the reason that the headstock is usually the design in question, is that precedences were set in the 70's indicating that the copyright of design only extended to the headstock shape and did not pertain to the body or neck shape of a guitar. I.E. Gibson would have liked to protect every likeness of a Les Paul guitar, but was only awarded to protect the headstock shape likeness. Thats why we see numerous "clones" who's bodies are identical, but headstock shapes are not.
