I'm not sure if this counts. This is my main guitar. I got this in early 2008 (i think) without the pickups and most of the hardware. was lucky enough to find some of the original type pickups, and then threw on some hardware. the original neck broke twice - first time was at the neck joint and headstock, which i (poorly) repaired. then it happened again about six months later just to the headstock (see here http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i87/BlackHolesAndRevelations/gear/random/misc/GEDC0436-1.jpg ). ended up having the neck replaced completely as it was warped. Here it is today. The ONLY parts original to this guitar are the studs in the body and the pickup rings. The body is the same as it was 20 something years ago...except for the finish, which I'm considering redoing (don't ask what happened to it).

i prefer plain tops too i don't mind a good flame top though

it's a dumble ODS clone sort of like a beefed up fender...lots of sustain, but not over the top gain. not sure about the cleans.

are you able to tell because of how the PT is hooked up? I'm stumped.

That's a bit strange. When I spoke to Nik two days after the OTS release, he said he had sold 20 of them already...I think I'll eventually still buy one, though. BTW, reason amplification is awesome. I'm having the guy there make me a cab for my super bass, and he did a good job with the purple JTM 45 cab (pictured a few pages back) which was actually a blem cab

What is the difference between the 4 clips? Like, what guitars, cabs, etc? Well, the clips that say "LP" in them are a 1959 LP ( ) and the others are a strat of some sort. as far as i can remember the guy said both were going through greenback loaded marshall cabs, mic'd with SM57's.

Really nice tone on your Plexi Amp but it seems you dont have enough gain... what were your settings on that amp The plexi doesn't have a master volume (unless he had Nik put one in), so you'll need to crank it for gaynz
