Harmony Central has “soft launched” our new mobile experience this past week. While we have done extensive testing, we know that with a community as large as HC that there will be items that surface that will still need to be addressed.         also you can visit kvr,vstclub etc,download all the vocoders and...decide which one is best for you..!!

          I'm looking for a particular sound, I think it's vocoder but I'm not even sure

          In the song "Index" by Steven Wilson at 1:19, do you know a VST Vocoder (or any kind of effect) which can get me close to this vocal sound?
