Members mbengs1
i acquired a solo jazz guitar book full of Christmas songs on amazon. i don't have a jazz guitar yet. but it's fun to learn. once i find things predictable with the jazz chordal structure, i should be able to figure out songs on jazz guitar myself. Members Idunno
And, you will if it keeps your interest piqued. Jazz is a genre I tend to break teeth on so it's decidedly not for me. But, good motivation is universal and so is Mel Bay. Dude taught me all I needed to know about Mr Travis' fingers in my way back years. Good luck with the jazz. I agree that a classical is a better learning tool for that.
Members DeepEnd
Best of luck. I'd love to be able to play jazz but I can't improvise worth a darn although I can scat a little.
