Members arwolf1839
Are Yamaha Nippon Gakki G-150 and Yamaha Nippon Gakki Mod 150 different? If not, how are they different? I found places on the internet that says Mod 150 is all solid body? Can anyone tell the specs for G-150? Thanks in advance.

Members CTGull
Sorry, I guess I haven't checked here in over a month! The G-150 was made 1973 to 1976, list price $166.50, spruce top, sapale back & sides. all laminate. The Model 150 was made 1964 to 1967, spruce top, Indian rosewood back & sides. No mention of solid. The early records are very incomplete. As you can see, these are completely different guitars. I've heard the Model 150 is a very nice classical guitar, if you can find one in decent shape.
