Seems I've missed a bit of the dynamic going on here. All I can say is, it is a shame how things have developed here over the last 4 years or so. No but I thought in the beginning he was carrying out what was to be new policy but maybe he was acting on his own and one of his comments was something about a committee voting on whether to move threads in the future, don't recall the exact wording.
