Members jamesp
Nice!!! I've got one of those. It's a very nice guitar. Great for playing at night after the SO's gone to bed and also good for resting up acoustic guitar-induced fingery pain. You'll love.
Members Neal
I, as an electric guitar non-geek, could never understand the difference between a well setup American Standard, and a Squier. Loves me some Tele.
Members DeepEnd
Congratulations. Happy New (Dark Side) Guitar Day. I have a Strat copy myself but my dream is to own an SG someday. What amp do you have?
Members recordingtrack1
Congratulations on your new tele Poppy. They are great guitars, Squier's included. You can drag the darned thing behind a truck, pick it up and play it and it'll still be in tune!

Members thankyou
I' date=' as an electric guitar non-geek, could never understand the difference between a well setup American Standard, and a Squier. Loves me some Tele.[/quote'] A Tele was my first electric - a '66 Custom. It came with a Silvertone Twin Twelve head and home made 4X12 cab. Several years ago, I took it to a luthier for set-up. He told me that the neck was warped in a way that he couldn't fix. His advice was to sell it and buy several other guitars. Instead, I traded it for a '52 000-18, which I play way more than I did the Tele. I have a perfectly good Strat Plus, but I still miss the simplicity of the old Tele, though I don't play plugged in much anymore.
