Members built to refill
Just out of curiousity - what has been your experience with this? Just a lot of feedback? Any interesting tones? Have any of you ever overdriven an acoutic electric at all? For instance with an OD pedal, or fuzz into a PA or acoustic amp? Thanks guys. - Bobby. Members EvilTwin
Just for the hell of it, I plugged one of my acoustics in through an electric amp on the OD channel. You get a VERY thick-sounding distortion. Of course you're going to have to deal with feedback, but it IS possible. If you really like that sound, though, I think it's much more practical to just get a guitar with a piezo bridge and run that into some fuzz. Members LittleBrother
Sound just like a hollow body electric. Fat and prone to feedback. Might consider a sound hole feedback buster or internal foam piece if permanent rig.
