Members nickeldoor Posted January 17, 2013 Members Share Posted January 17, 2013 hi guys...just to say the best set-up after 5 years of trying all amps..all guitars..pick-ups and pre amps ..for me is :harptone 60,s acoustic [dreadnought ] lr baggs " anthem " pickup.[ all internal ..so no hitting pickup with pick ! as in M1 " ]lr baggs pre-amp DI... gets punchier tones ..yet subtle nuances ....[xlr OUT which powers the baggs in 'phantom "] other OUT is to a "vocal harmony box..[works best wiyh ONLY a "third " harmony ,,needs guitar in to tune ]..topped off with a "ACOUSTIC IMAGE .. "CORUS [ 400 watts ..so can battle with lead players ! ] stunning amp....all in all sound is as REAL an acoustic as i,ve heard..with bite/ weight and warm tones when needed.[lots of MUSO,S always asking "bout set-up...nice..nice..VIBES !....check it out...
