Members FretFiend.
For the past few years, I have faithfully tried to devote at least a few minutes each day to some practice on my guitar. And yet... I haven't picked up my guitar all week. I can't explain why, but I have some guesses:I'm losing interest.I had other actvities that I felt were more important.Spring is here.I just needed a break. Maybe I'll get motivated again soon. Have you ever done anything like that?

Members Michael Martin
No. I have the opposite problem. I went to south FL for spring break a few weeks ago and assumed that my nephew would have left one of his guitars at home (he's away at college)...but no. A week without a guitar was extremely bad. Drove me crazy.
Members poppytater
Play "Wish You Were Here" 3 times and light a candle to Jerry Reed. Go and sin no more my son.
Members valentsgrif
I took 6 weeks off from guitar and this site. The site was making me depressed and the left wrist was burning from tendinitis.
Members guildfire
I try to pick up the guitar pretty much every day. Now that I'm playing weekly with a group I'm getting more time with the guitar although some of that time is electric.
